Built AI-enabled incident triage and support workflows for Target’s advertising platform, helping engineering teams diagnose production issues faster and more consistently. Designed multi-agent workflows that correlate application logs, observability metrics, recent deployments, and service health signals to generate evidence-based diagnoses, surface likely root causes, and recommend next steps. Partnered with platform, product, and support teams to turn recurring operational pain points into scalable AI-assisted tooling, while establishing human-in-the-loop guardrails to keep recommendations traceable to production evidence.

Launched Target’s Roundel Media Studio ad platform, scaling it to support $900M in revenue and 500% usage growth. Built administrative tools using React and TypeScript, implemented Redis-backed Kafka pipelines for campaign events, and led a GenAI Hackathon project creating a text-to-SQL engine for business insights. Served as cybersecurity champion, resolving vulnerabilities and coordinating penetration test improvements.
